The LTMC LJMC-30A and LJMC-30B are 630 kN rated-oil-pressure portable three-in-one busbar machines that punch, cut and bend copper and aluminum busbar for Canadian field and small-shop electrical work. The 30A in this page handles 10 mm × 150 mm bar at 170 kg, while the 30B extends to 12 mm × 200 mm at 205 kg, giving fabricators a choice by capacity. Both run on single-phase 220 V / 50 Hz and share standard dies of Ø10.5, Ø13.8, Ø17 and Ø20.5 mm. At 170–205 kg with casters they move to switchgear, transformer and busway site jobs where a fixed line is impractical. LJMC-30A — Rated oil pressure: 630 kN. Test condition: hydraulic punching, cutting and bending. Result: 630 kN drives all three portable units. Baseline: the LJMC-30B in the second table shares the same 630 kN pressure; only capacity and weight differ.
LJMC-30A — Max busbar size: 10 mm × 150 mm. Test condition: punching, cutting and bending envelope. Result: processes bar up to 10 mm thick and 150 mm wide. Baseline: the LJMC-30B in the same page reaches 12 mm × 200 mm, a step up for heavier 600 V busbar joints.
LJMC-30A — Input voltage: 220 V / 50 Hz. Test condition: single-phase site or shop supply. Result: runs on 220 V single-phase at 50 Hz. Baseline: the LJMC-30B uses the same 220 V/50 Hz input; neither runs on Canadian 600 V/60 Hz natively, so a transformer or 50/60 Hz supply is needed.
LJMC-30A — Machine weight: 170 kg. Test condition: as-shipped portable unit. Result: 170 kg on a 690×700×1060 mm frame. Baseline: the LJMC-30B is 205 kg for its 12×200 mm capacity (35 kg more); aid 11 lists the 30A at 195 kg / 200 mm width — a cross-page discrepancy to confirm.
Both portable units run on single-phase 220 V / 50 Hz, not directly on Canadian 600 V / 60 Hz three-phase. On a Canadian site feed them through a small step-down transformer or a 50/60 Hz-rated supply; confirm the supply arrangement with our team.
At 170–205 kg they ship in a wooden case by ocean or air freight to Canadian ports, then clear customs with your broker. Confirm current transit and clearance timing with our team before ordering.
