The LTMC 303U-3 (BMC-303U-3) is a 300 kN three-in-one CNC busbar machine that punches, bends and shears copper and aluminum busbar up to 12 mm thick and 160 mm wide for Canadian switchgear, transformer and busway shops. A single worktable lets the operator move from round, oblong and square hole punching through flat smooth cutting to vertical, flat and U-bending without re-fixturing. Bending holds ±1° accuracy with ±0.5° repeatability, consistent enough for stacked busbar joints in 600 V assemblies. At 1320 kg and a 1720×1220×1240 mm frame it is a compact, movable cell for Ontario and Quebec fabricators. The 3×4 kW drive supports all three stations running in sequence.
303U-3 — Punching force: 300 kN. Test condition: copper and aluminum punching on the single worktable. Result: 300 kN handles Ø4.3–Ø25 mm holes in 12 mm stock. Baseline: the manual 303U-3 in family_ref.txt also lists 300 kN; this BMC-303U-3 page shows 160 mm width and 3×4 kW, closer to the 303U-3-C build.
303U-3 — Max busbar size: 12 mm × 160 mm. Test condition: punching, shearing and bending passes. Result: processes bar up to 12 mm thick and 160 mm wide. Baseline: the family_ref.txt 303U-3 lists 150 mm width; this page extends to 160 mm, matching the 303E-3-S servo envelope.
303U-3 — Bending accuracy: ±1° with ±0.5° repeatability. Test condition: vertical, flat and U-bending of copper bar. Result: ±1° bend angle and ±0.5° repeat on batch work. Baseline: identical to the 303U-3-C and 303E-3-S repeat class (±0.5°); the servo 303E-3-S tightens to ±0.3° (family_ref.txt).
303U-3 — Machine weight: 1320 kg. Test condition: as-shipped floor weight. Result: 1320 kg on a 1720×1220×1240 mm frame. Baseline: the family_ref.txt manual 303U-3 is 1220 kg; this page's 1320 kg matches the 303U-3-C three-pump version.
