The LTMC HQ-600-B is a 600 kN double-head busbar trunking (busduct) bending press that forms both ends of a connection busbar in a single cycle for Canadian busway and busduct manufacturers. Its two hydraulic heads bend double bends at each end at once without flipping the bar, cutting steps, time and labour versus single-end bending that must be re-oriented between passes. It handles busbar from 3×30 mm to 6×200 mm and runs on a 3600×1500×1000 mm footprint. Large-tonnage cylinders with a high-flow gear pump keep cycle speed up, and major components are name-brand for stable North American service.

It uses a hydraulic double-head drive rated at 600 kN, fed from shop 600 V, 60 Hz through a transformer. Confirm the exact supply and pump motor with our team.
